Have taken it reasonably easy since Abingdon. A couple of sessions at Sale and the second MACCL fixture has meant I have kept some effort up during marathon recovery.
Weeks since Abingdon have looked like this in terms of mileage:
Week 1: 12 miles
Week 2: 19 miles
Week 3: 47 miles
Felt pretty good with the exception of a slight cold in the second week which meant I had another easier week which was probably a good thing.
